No April Fools Here!

Weigh in: 195.4lbs

Down -5.8 since Monday's weigh-in. I weigh in on the first of every month and every Monday.

Getting ready for my first half marathon. I am not in the best shape - but I am trying my best nevertheless. Back on track with my adherence to Weight Watchers (5 days straight of blue dots). Increasing the intensity of my work-outs. Yesterday I ran for 20 minutes at 4.6mph on the treadmill without a walking break - it has been a LONG time since that has happened. I even won a workweek FitBit challenge - one that my husband was in, I have never won one that he was also in! 
Lastly I see a lot of Weight Watchers mentioning Halo Top ice cream so I am going to give it a try - it is super expensive so I doubt it will be a staple in my diet, but maybe an occasional treat if it is tasty.
